Process: After developing objectives for the web site, we began developing cartoon versions of Annie and Brenda--characters created for Bruce's radio campaign. Since the early 90's, Annie and Brenda have been featured in radio spots; they are devout Bruce's Furniture fans with a passion to to keep the place all to themselves. Working with the Cartoon Tycoon, we directed the development of the look of the characters and from there, the look, operability and design of the web site. Web site launched in fall of 2003 with a supporting radio campaign.
